Ingredients- Flavoring

* 3.50 ml orange oil
* 1.00 ml lemon oil
* 1.00 ml nutmeg oil
* 1.25 ml cassia (cinnamon) oil
* 0.25 ml coriander oil
* 0.25 ml neroli oil (similar to bergamot, or bitter orange oil)
* 2.75 ml lime oil
* 0.25 ml lavender oil
* 10.0 g gum arabic (thickener)
* 3.00 ml water

Ingredients- Concentrate

* 2.00 tsp (10 ml) of the above flavoring
* 3.50 tsp (17.5 ml) 75% phosphoric acid or citric acid
* 2.28 l water
* 2.36 kg granulated white sugar
* 0.50 tsp (2.5 ml) caffeine (optional. use caution)
* 30.0 ml caramel color

I almost have all the necessary ingredients to try this concoction.

That’s interesting!
This morning I was thinking about how I love the taste of cola, but I never have any because of all the sugar and cafeine there is in it.
I could try this?

This is very interesting, thanks for posting it! I wonder how hard it would be to make? It’d be nice to make a syrup out of this for desserts!

I was wondering about that too. I hear cola creme brulee is very tasty.

Hmm, now you’re making me want to fix the kegerator, clean out the lines, and make up a batch of homemade rootbeer. Now if only I had a double-tap and could do rootbeer on one, hard lemonade on the other.
