Orikaso: Origami Dinnerware

How to fold an Orikaso bowlBringing a new level of reality to the term flatware, Orikaso offers a line of origami like plates, cups, and bowls. A co-worker just ordered these and is enthusiastic about her ability to store bowls and cups flat in her bag and take them with her all around town.

Made out of polypropylene, these fold and flex up into shape on demand. They are liquid tight, and can be used for eating your soup and cereal too.

I see an immediate need to use these for my lunches at work, and am curious how else they would fit in my habits.

Just thought I’d let you know that you can buy these here in town. I bought one of the bowls a year ago at REI.

Thanks Brandon! I’m interested in feeling one out.

We use it for our dog when we go camping because it slides into her pack really nicely. We also got it at REI.
