Waltzing around the corner to Perugino’s and getting distracted from coffee and ordering a cup of their custom made gelato (though the bruno mocha really is stunning, especially iced). The superlative gelato at Perugino’s is a sumptuous reward for your taste buds. The ingredients are simple so that true flavors ring through. Take your time, sample and away and then load up and watch everyone else line up behind your example!

Thanks for the great post. I had no idea there were so many food places of note in Eugene, OR. Will have to think if I know anyone to pass these great tips along to!
Yum–we’ll defintely be trying out some of your recommendations. Thanks!
Had dinner tonight at 6th Street Grill. I have been going their for many years and never had a bad meal. Tonight was an exception. 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our meal when the restaurant was only less than half full. Food was cold, under cooked. This is the results of the owner firing everyone who was good about 7 months ago. Will never go there again. They are pathetic. I hope the owner goes broke.
Ouch- one bad experience at a place you’ve been going to for years and you swear them off forever?
